To serve as the steward of Lakeside’s financial assets, including its endowment, capital funds, and Annual Fund.

To provide oversight and accountability for funds raised, funds distributed and results achieved.

To exercise leadership and provide education and technical assistance to Lakeside volunteers regarding Development and Fundraising programs and efforts.
