Wooden Boat Rides & Sunset Cruises

The Lakeside Wooden Boat Society offers a variety of summer boating events.

Wooden boat rides run every Monday and Thursday until August 17. These 30-minute rides begin at 6 p.m. with the last ride departing at 7:30 p.m. The cost is $20 for adults and $6 for children (ages 4-12).

Hour-long sunset cruises aboard Amazing Grace, a fully restored 1937 Richardson Cruiseabout, start at 8 p.m. The cost is $32 for adults and $10 for children (ages 4-12)

Each cruise requires a minimum of four passengers, with a maximum of six. Children age 3 & under are not permitted on any wooden boat rides.

Lakeside Chautauqua Admission

In order to provide quality entertainment, preachers, speakers, recreational activities and maintenance to our grounds and buildings, Lakeside Chautauqua is a gated community. Guests are required to pay a Chautauqua Pass fee to enter the grounds during the summer season.

Complimentary Passes are available for church services, Faith for Living Hour, laundry, movies, shopping and dining in Lakeside. To park your vehicle inside or nearby Lakeside a Daily Auto Pass is required. For specific costs, visit the Admission & Chautauqua Fee Schedule page.
