Lakeside Chautauqua will provide free spring leaf pick up from April 3-21, except Good Friday. To ensure that the leaves are picked up in a safe and efficient manner, please note the following:
Leaves must be placed in windrows, if possible, about one foot into the pavement by 8 a.m. on the day of pick-up. If the leaves are left too far toward the middle of the street, or in a large single pile, passing vehicles may tend to redistribute the leaves, making it difficult for pick-up.
It's very important that branches, stones, green vegetation or other foreign objects are not placed in the windrows. This will damage the equipment and/or possibly cause injury to the maintenance operators.
Leaves can also be gathered in lawn waste bags and placed at the curb to be collected on trash day. Thank you for your cooperation.
Purchasing a Daily, Saturday or Season Chautauqua Pass includes admission into Lakeside Chautauqua and all shows in Hoover Auditorium, plus additional benefits. A separate "ticket" is not necessary to attend a Hoover show. As always, children age 12 and under and guests over age 90 are always free. Parking is an additional charge. Chautauqua Passes and Auto Passes may be purchased online at tickets.lakesideohio.com or upon entering the gates of Lakeside. Please allow two weeks for online processing. There are no reserved seats for Hoover shows; seats are on a first-come, first-served basis. Present your Chautauqua Pass upon entering Hoover Auditorium.Purchase Passes Online
