Hoover Auditorium

Show Time: 8:15-10:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 13

On select Monday nights during the summer, Lakeside showcases a classic film in Hoover Auditorium.

On Monday, Aug. 13, Lakeside will feature “Loving Vincent” (PG-13) starring Douglas Booth, Jerome Flynn and Robert Gulaczyk.

What makes “Loving Vincent” so unique is that it is the only full-length oil painted film.

The story line of the film follows a young man that comes to the last hometown of painter Vincent van Gogh to deliver the troubled artist's final letter and ends up investigating the artist's final days.

This film pays homage to the life and artistic style of van Gogh, and his impact on the artwork.(95 mins)
