Family Entertainment Series: Jonathan Burns

Lakeside’s Family Entertainment Series, held on select Wednesdays throughout the summer, is geared especially towards families and begins at 7:30 p.m.

Born with the gifts of flexibility, curiosity and goofiness, Jonathan Burns now uses these unique talents to astonish audiences around the world. His lifelong passion for magic helped him launch a successful career early in life, performing regularly at parties and events as a teenager.

Over the course of his career, Burns has appeared on late night TV with David Letterman, Jay Leno and James Corden, as well as “La France a un incroyable talent” (France’s Got Talent).

He’s been dubbed as “extremely funny” by the New York Times and was twice named “Variety Artist of the Year” by Campus Activities Magazine.


Admission & Parking

Purchasing a Daily, Friday, Saturday or Season Chautauqua Pass includes admission to Lakeside Chautauqua and all shows in Hoover Auditorium, plus additional benefits. A separate ‘ticket’ is not necessary to attend a show or concert. As always, kids age 12 & under and guests over age 90 are always free. Parking is an additional fee. A Daily, Friday or Saturday Chautauqua Pass is valid from the time it is purchased until 7 p.m. the following day. Chautauqua Passes and Auto Passes may be purchased online below or upon entering the gates of Lakeside.

The doors to Hoover Auditorium open a half-hour prior to the start of the show or concert. Seats are not reserved, but available on a first-come, first-served basis. Food and beverages are prohibited inside Hoover Auditorium. Please present your Chautauqua Pass upon entering and exiting Hoover Auditorium and the Lakeside Chautauqua gates.
