Successful singer/songwriter duo Jonathan Kingham and Ryan Shea will perform a show full of folk, pop, country, jazz and more.

Both Kingham and Shea Smith have earned several awards for their songwriting. Kingham took first place honors in the National Telluride Troubadour Songwriting Contest, The Unisong International Song Contest and placed two years in a row in the top five of the John Lennon Song contest. Shea’s release, “Stay Awhile” was a John Lennon Song contest winner.

Kingham has been featured in films, soap operas and the hit show “Felicity,” and Shea has honed his musical skills at the University of Washington and through a consistent touring schedule. Shea is known for his rich singing voice and skilled guitar and keyboard playing. Kigham has shared the stage with performers such as Shawn Colvin, Michael McDonald and Vanessa Carlton, and currently plays keyboard and guitar for the rock band Toad the Wet Sprocket.


Purchasing a Daily, Friday, Saturday or Season Chautauqua Pass includes admission to Lakeside Chautauqua and all shows in Hoover Auditorium, plus additional benefits. A separate ‘ticket’ is not necessary to attend a show or concert. As always, kids age 12 & under and guests over age 90 are always free. Parking is an additional fee. A Daily, Friday or Saturday Chautauqua Pass is valid from the time it is purchased until 7 p.m. the following day. Chautauqua Passes and Auto Passes may be purchased online below or upon entering the gates of Lakeside.

The doors to Hoover Auditorium open a half-hour prior to the start of the show or concert. Seats are not reserved, but available on a first-come, first-served basis. Food and beverages are prohibited inside Hoover Auditorium. Please present your Chautauqua Pass upon entering and exiting Hoover Auditorium and the Lakeside Chautauqua gates.
