11:00am-11:45am Repeats Pavilion East DeckTraining that involves a series of low- to high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. The format is flexible and allows participants of all levels to make gains in their fitness goals.
Interval Training can also integrate intermittent cardio with strength training for full-body conditioning. Although it can be challenging, it can be performed completely low impact if necessary. Modifications are offered for each move. Led by Mary Leahy. In the case of inclement weather, the event is cancelled.
