Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. This class offers a brief introduction to the beginning movements and principles of Tai Chi. Led by Dana Mickens, fitness instructor and personal trainer. Limited class size; first-come, first-served. In the case of inclement weather, the event is cancelled.
