This cardio class for all levels uses a bench (step) to step up and down to music. The workout can be completely low impact, which decreases impact to your joints. This class is great for toning your legs and glutes and usually ends with abdominal or other toning exercises. Led by Mary Leahy. In the case of inclement weather, the event is cancelled. Limited class size. first-come, first served.
