9:00am-9:45am Repeats Pavilion East DeckPound Fitness is a combination cardio and weight training exercise approach that includes some of the rhythmic techniques used in Pilates. Exercises involve alternate squatting and standing to strengthen the inner and outer thighs, buttocks, core muscles and back muscles. Many of the positions used are ideal for helping maintain and improve balance. Led by Kista Ringer Shimer. Limited class size; first-come, first served. In the case of inclement weather, the event is cancelled.
