Enjoy this 5-week experiential self care series with Holistic Health Educator and Practitioner Linda Green. Learn techniques to nourish your body, mind, and spirit from the inside out. Be empowered to support your own health and wellbeing through Maya Abdominal Therapy Self-Care, Breathwork, Relaxation and Meditation, Chakra Balancing and Energetic Nutrition. Attendance in all five sessions is not necessary, but highly recommended for complete benefit.

Did you ever catch yourself not breathing? 

Utilize deep breath and Prana Yama bringing more oxygen into your body. Learn the proper technique to increase your lung capacity allowing your body to function properly and your mind to think better. Join us as we bring awareness to our breath and increase our energy flow. All this through Breath Awareness and Breathing techniques. Bring a mat and pillow if available.
