Enjoy this 5-week experiential self care series with Holistic Health Educator and Practitioner Linda Green. Learn techniques to nourish your body, mind, and spirit from the inside out. Be empowered to support your own health and wellbeing through Maya Abdominal Therapy Self-Care, Breathwork, Relaxation and Meditation, Chakra Balancing and Energetic Nutrition. Attendance in all five sessions is not necessary, but highly recommended for complete benefit.
