Lakeside Grief Seminar, Part I

 Monday, June 7, 2021

Train Station Patio

Join Charlotte Moyler in a two part seminar series on grief and loss.

Grief, loss and pain are an inevitable part of life. This is a journey that is imposed upon us. It is not one of choice. We can fight it, struggle through it or embrace it. There are no rules and everyone plays their role in their own way.

The death of a loved one will have an impact on our lives. Grief can empty us and fill us with emotions we never knew we even had. Grief can fracture the very foundation on which we stand. Our lives, as we knew them, are forever changed.

But…did you know that God can use our sorrows to help us grow? Walking through pain can be an entry into insight and empathy. Love and loss can coexist.

May we show grace to one another and find that we are not alone on our journey through our grief.
