Wellness Seminar: Updating Your Memory Fitness Plan

Understanding the keys to enhancing your memory can have an impact on successful aging. Learn more about what current research on brain health suggests regarding your sleep, diet, and exercise habits. You will also gain a better understanding of the importance of challenging your cognitive skills and try some new activities that may provide some ideas for upgrading your current routine. Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.


Kathryn M. Kilpatrick M.A., presenter

Kathryn's career as a speech-language pathologist (1969 – 2019) includes experience primarily in Ohio at hospitals, rehabilitation centers and for 35 years in the area of home health care.

Currently she is focusing on her geriatric life enhancement consulting practice and educational programs to enhance the quality of life of older adults. Kathryn continues to offer her educational programs/consulting options in Brain Health/Memory Fitness and Successful Aging.

She is a national motivational speaker and author of more than 35 products. Her websites, Communication Connection and Memory Fitness Matters, have an abundance of resources including her articles and tip series on several important topics about Aging Concerns and Memory Fitness. In addition there are sample pages of her all of her Brain Health and Stroke Rehabilitation products.
