Pilates Fusion is a controlled sequence of movements to improve core strength, postural alignment and muscle balance. This is a low impact, low intensity class that includes flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements with use of light weights for additional toning of arms and legs. This class is appropriate for all levels. Please bring a mat and bottle of water.
