Lakeside Chautauqua is a nonprofit organization that engages individuals in a year-round Chautauqua experience dedicated to nurturing mind, body and spirit. Located halfway between Cleveland and Toledo, it is an historic Chautauqua community that offers spiritual opportunities, educational lectures, cultural arts programming and recreational pursuits for guests of all ages. With daily concerts, special events, educational seminars, recreational opportunities, cottages, hotels, shops, restaurants and an historic movie theater, Lakeside Chautauqua remains a summer retreat for generations of families.

Reporting to the Director of Guest Services, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining Lakeside’s newly formed Communication & Information Center for guests, residents and staff inquiries.

Manager of Safety Services (Security)

Reporting to the V.P of Municipal Services, the Manager of Safety Services plans, directs and coordinates activities relating to the protection, safeguarding and security of Lakeside property, employees, homeowners, guests and others; designs, implements and monitors security policies, procedures and programs.
