Lakeside Chautauqua is a nonprofit organization that engages individuals in a year-round Chautauqua experience dedicated to nurturing mind, body and spirit. Located halfway between Cleveland and Toledo, it is an historic Chautauqua community that offers spiritual opportunities, educational lectures, cultural arts programming and recreational pursuits for guests of all ages. With daily concerts, special events, educational seminars, recreational opportunities, cottages, hotels, shops, restaurants and an historic movie theater, Lakeside Chautauqua remains a summer retreat for generations of families.

Manager of Conference & Event Planning

The Manager of Conference & Event Planning oversees and manages all events that take place in Lakeside Chautauqua. Events include youth camps, family reunions, weddings, anniversaries, private parties, conferences, business meetings, retreats and many internal events. Internal events include major weekend attractions such as Memorial Day weekend events, Fourth of July events, Lakeside Wooden Boat Show, Plein Air Art Festival, and more.

The Manager of Conference & Event Planning requires proven experience in project and event management as well as excellent communication and a high level of administrative skills. Lead candidates must have a strong background in guest service and client rapport, management of details, as well as sales experience. Safety Service Officer

To enforce the rules and regulations of the Lakeside Association and the general welfare and protection of the residents and their property as well as the Lakeside Association property. This is a Full-time position with varying day and evening hours. View full description and how to apply.

Accounting Assistant

Perform a variety of tasks in the Accounting area and reports directly to the Accountant. Ensure that all cash, checks and credit cards are properly posted to either accounts receivable or the general ledger. Maintain integrity of the vault cash drawer and change funds by proper implementation of cash control procedures. Disburse and receive cash as needed. Prepare bank deposits and associated paperwork.
