Class Descriptions

Step Aerobics
Step Aerobics is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular, square or circular platform. It’s a terrific cross-training activity for runners, cyclists and walkers. This class is instructed by Tracy Bowers.

Boxiltes
This class is an interval style workout that combines the functional benefits of Pilates with the high intensity cardio and coordination of boxing. Boxiltes is instructed by Kate Freed.

Power Sculpt
Power Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga, core training and cardio. It’s an upbeat and challenging class designed to strengthen your yoga practice, keep your heart healthy and burn calories. This class is instructed by Tracy Bowers.

Sculpt or Tone
A well-rounded workout using free weights and resistance bands, along with your own body weight to strengthen all major muscle groups; designed to define, shape and tone your body. This class is instructed by Tracy Bowers.

Intro to Yoga
This beginner class introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breathing exercises in a flow of postures linked together by the breath. This class is instructed by Char Wilkerson.

Yoga Core
During this class, participants will breathe, focus, move, stretch and use balance. Build a practice that allows you to move with your breath while building strength and working on your core. This class is instructed by Lynn Koch.

Silver Fit
Silver Fit is perfect for seniors or anyone who wants to build muscle, tone and improve flexibility with fun music and group fitness. It provides overall body conditioning through a series of standing and seated exercise with resistance tools. This class is instructed by Tracy Bowers.

Advanced Strength/Cardio
The Advanced Strength/Cardio class is divided into two parts. The first portion raises your heart rate while doing cardio. Tone and strengthen your muscles during the second half. This class is instructed by Cindy Egeland.

Beginner Strength/Cardio
The Beginner Strength/Cardio class is divided into two parts. The first portion raises your heart rate while doing cardio. Tone and strengthen your muscles during the second half. This class is instructed by Cindy Egeland.

Beginner PoundFit
Pound Fitness is a combination cardio and weight training exercise approach that includes some of the rhythmic techniques used in Pilates. Exercises involve alternate squatting and standing to strengthen the inner and outer thighs, buttocks, core muscles and back muscles. Many of the positions used are ideal for helping maintain and improve balance. The class is instructed by Kista Ringer-Shimer.

Advance PoundFit
Pound Fitness is a combination cardio and weight training exercise approach that includes some of the rhythmic techniques used in Pilates. Exercises involve alternate squatting and standing to strengthen the inner and outer thighs, buttocks, core muscles, and back muscles.
